Meet Bett Addin
It's the micro-choices that influence our destinies.
At the turn of the millennium, I found myself in a communist country, and something about counting down the seconds to that non-event caused me to change my major from teaching English as a second language to business.
By 2004, I had started working as a Chief Order Specialist for a few construction businesses. It was bliss to put complete chaos into structure and order. It was fufilling to work with businesses after the continuous and unrelenting chaos the arises from parenting a number of small children!

What started as merely bookkeeping, morphed into setting up processes for those businesses. I wanted my financial work to be easier, more efficient, and more consistent, especially as a lot of children were added to my everyday life. Even if you do not have seven children, you have a personal life, and I know that balancing business and that personal life requires structure and order.
It’s my passion to restore and rebuild broken financial systems in a way that’s not only manageable but sustainable.

When I’m not bouncing up and down with joy from running reports, you’ll find me ordering the chaos of my kitchen, or (more joyfully) in the woods or mountains or water, enjoying time with my family.

My journey into bookkeeping started with a love for organization and systems—solving chaos and making things more efficient. But it was through my own personal experiences in the construction industry that I saw how complex and time-consuming managing financials can be for business owners. One of the most fulfilling things to me is to focus my expertise on businesses to provide real, actionable solutions that make a difference.
The RoofKeeper was born from that drive to empower roofing companies and other construction companies with the knowledge and support they need to stay ahead financially.
